Some protective measures are implemented to prevent that your emails are marked as spam and to ensure the platform isn't used to send spam. In this article we will shed some light on the most important ones.
Blacklist
The platform automatically adds email addresses that "hard bounced" to a blacklist. Hard bounces are emails that didn't get delivered for a significant reason, such as the email address doesn't exist. Emails on the blacklist will not be tried again for any email sent from our platform. To remove an email address from the blacklist, please contact support.
Bounce rate
The platform monitors how many emails sent from your account that bounce for any reason. When you exceed the allowed amount of bounced emails, all emails will be suspended. You will receive an email informing you of this. If this happens, please ensure the incorrect email addresses are removed from your lists and reach out to support.
The bounce rate is currently set to 5%.
