You can select your results by Question and Answer, Intro field, Date range, Respondent, Language, Custom score, and Quiz score. ##### You'll need this: - One of these Pointerpro plans: ![](https://assets.pointerpro.com/custom/help-guide/Pointerpro+icon+Orange.svg)  Professional         ![](https://assets.pointerpro.com/custom/help-guide/Pointerpro+icon+Orange.svg)  Enterprise         ![](https://assets.pointerpro.com/custom/help-guide/Pointerpro+icon+Orange.svg)  ReportR         ![](https://assets.pointerpro.com/custom/help-guide/Pointerpro+icon+Orange.svg)  DistributR    ---   NOTE   What's the difference between filter and compare? - Filter will show you only the results which match certain conditions. - Compare allows you to see different groups side-by-side so that you can compare them to each other. WARNING   By default, our dashboards allow for displaying up to 5000 responses. If you have more than 5000 responses and you want to analyse them in the charts tab, you'll need to add filters to limit the number of responses. As for exporting the dataset via CSV or Excel, you'll get the full set of data if you remove your filters. In both cases, you'll need to specify the conditions for when results should be shown or grouped together. ##### On this help guide page: 1. Now you can set up your conditions. Common types are by question and answer, intro field, or date. Here are some ideas: - Question & Answer: Find your winners by selecting the right answer to the prize question. - Intro field: When you've chosen to ask for the department with an Intro field, you'll get a list of departments people filled in. Choose the department you want to see responses from. This way you can immediately see which department thought the training was useful, and which departments needed to hear more cases applied to their specific branch. - Date: You've placed three POS-items next to your products in a shop to improve brand awareness. All these three items are present for a certain period. By comparing the answers to these three periods you can see which one works best. When you download a CSV or PDF now, only the responses allowed by those conditions will be downloaded #### 2. Filter results You can add as many conditions as you like to define which results you want to view. Suppose you want to view the results only for respondents who selected Male as their gender and Lisbon as their location. For example, if you want to see responses from Male respondents living in Lisbon or Female respondents living in Lisbon. Compare results WARNING   The compare feature only works for bar charts. If you want to do more complex comparisons, we recommend that you use  [Zapier](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/zapier-integration?hsLang=en) or [Integromat](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/make-formerly-integromat-integration?hsLang=en) integrations with Pointerpro. You can then use either of these integrations to work together with Google Data Studios to make advanced comparisons. Now let's say you want to compare the results of those living in different cities. There are different options available, choose either a bulk download of survey results or files relating to individual responses. You can choose between CSV format, Excel format, PDF format, or use Report Scheduler. - [Charts view](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/charts-view?hsLang=en): allows you monitor the number of responses, the completion rate and the average duration of your surveys.
