Upload your media Start by clicking on the drop-down menu on the top-right corner of the screen, and click Media Library. ![Media Library- drop down menu](https://help.pointerpro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/media1.png?width=228&height=222&name=media1.png) Now it's time to decide which folder you want to add the images to. You will see that there's already one folder named Uncategorized which you can keep for individual images. If you plan to add multiple images to a particular folder, you will first need to create a folder by clicking on the button Add Folder. Name the folder, and click Save and close. ![media2](https://help.pointerpro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/media2.png?width=184&height=78&name=media2.png) Now you can add the images by simply clicking the button Add image and choose your method of uploading the image (upload from your computer, copy-paste, or drag and drop them). WARNING   The maximum file size that can be uploaded to the Media library is 2 MB. #### 2. Add media to your questionnaire or PDF report 2.1 [Use the Insert Image button ](https://help.pointerpro.com/media-library#use-insert-image) 2.2 [Use the Add Media button](https://help.pointerpro.com/media-library#add-media) To add the image to your questionnaire or widget (for the personalized PDF reports), click on the Copy button to copy the image link. ![media3](https://help.pointerpro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/media3.png?width=218&height=34&name=media3.png) Head back to the home page and click on the name of the questionnaire you're working on OR click the [ReportR](https://surveyanyplace.com/reportr-personalized-pdf-reports/) tab and select the respective PDF if you want to add the image to a PDF. You now have 2 options to add the images. ### 2.1 Use the Insert Image button Go to the question you want to add the image to, click on the Insert Image icon and paste the link that you've copied in there. Respondents will be more likely to go all the way to the end of your questionnaire if you include something besides just the plain text question and answers. It will lower the drop-out rate because there's a lower chance they'll get bored. - The[ zoom functionality](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/zoom-images?hsLang=en) allows your respondents to open your pictures in a separate pop-up, allow them to see them in more detail. This is especially useful if you have a lot of pictures displayed on the same page or if the regular picture limits are not sufficient to display the details. - [Upload an Extra Image File](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/upload-an-extra-image-file?hsLang=en) feature makes the questionnaire more interacting and engaging for your respondents by allowing them send you their own pictures. However adding a picture can't be made mandatory.
