Edit your billing info Click on the Person icon on the top left on the screen. Make Changes to your Plan 2.1 [Upgrade](https://help.pointerpro.com/account-management#upgrade) 2.2 [Downgrade](https://help.pointerpro.com/account-management#downgrade) 2.3 [Cancel subscription](https://help.pointerpro.com/account-management#cancel) Click on the Person icon on the top left on the screen. Choose '**My Account**'. Click **Buy now** or **Contact us** to upgrade to an Enterprise, ReportR or DistributR so we can set up the perfect plan for you! ![plans upgrade screen](https://help.pointerpro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/plans%20upgrade%20screen.png?width=650&height=259&name=plans%20upgrade%20screen.png) ### 2.2 Downgrade If you wish to downgrade to a lower plan, please contact [support@pointerpro.com](mailto:support@pointerpro.com). **WARNING**   If your surveys were created with a higher plan - using features from the higher plan, and then you downgrade, those surveys will be de-activated. If you want to be able to edit your surveys again, you will need to upgrade to a the plan you used earlier to create the survey. ### 2.3 Cancel subscription If you have Pointerpro **Professional plan** and won't be needing your account for some time, you can cancel your subscription. Your account will be downgraded to Free plan keeping all your work intact. Go to My Account page \> Plans & Billing \> Saying goodbye section. Click **Cancel subscription** to downgrade to the Free plan. If you have Pointerpro **Enterprise**, **ReportR** or **DistributR** plan please email to [support@pointerpro.com](mailto:support@pointerpro.com) to cancel your subscription. **WARNING**   When you cancel your subscription you will automatically downgrade to a free plan. You wont be able to edit your surveys anymore, but you will still be able to collect up to 20 responses per month. If your surveys were created with a higher plan - using features from the higher plan, and then you downgrade, those surveys will be de-activated. If you want to be able to edit your surveys again, you will need to upgrade to a the plan you used earlier to create the survey. #### What's next? - You want to [change your email address or password](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/how-to-change-my-email-address-or-password?hsLang=en)? You can ask for a new password to be sent by email if you forgot your secret code, or just change your password for security reasons. Either way, you can change your email address and password in just a few easy steps or you can contact us for help. - [White labeling](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/white-labeling?hsLang=en): You can remove Pointerpro brand and logo from our product and replace it with your own. There are a lot of possibilities for branding your questionnaire by [design](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/design-your-questionnaire-a-quick-start-guide?hsLang=en). But if you want to fully brand your questionnaire by using your own link, you can white-label your questionnaire. - [Team management](https://help.pointerpro.com/migration/knowledge/my-team?hsLang=en): With this feature, you can manage what the different team members have access to. You can set up who is allowed to edit the questionnaire or who you only want to give viewing rights to.
