Why I no longer see my previous responses?

We always keep your questionnaire responses in the system. With filtering functionality you can also show or hide certain responses from the results dashboard view.


You'll need this:

  • One of these Pointerpro plans:

 Professional           Enterprise           ReportR           DistributR 

If you had your questionnaire or survey active for a while you might see zero responses in your charts when opening your results dashboard. However, that does not mean your responses disappeared or were deleted. They are simply filtered out!

By default, there is a Date: last month filter applied for your All Results Dashboard. That means that only results for the last months are shown. If no responses were collected during last month you will see zero in your charts. The system applies this filter to ensure fast loading time for your responses dashboard.

You can easily remove the filter to see all of your responses! First click on the filter in the upper right corner:

Delete the filter and click Save and close.

Now you will see all your responses loading!

NOTE

When you reload or open your responses dashboard after some time the filter Date: last month will be applied again. You can make a copy of your dashboard without any filters applied.
