Dashboard Builder: Dataset explained

Once the widgets and charts are in place, you have to connect them to relevant columns from the dataset. In this article, you will learn what data is available inside the dataset.

You'll need this:
  • One of these Pointerpro plans:

 Professional          Enterprise           ReportR           DistributR

WARNING

Dashboard Builder is an extra feature with an additional fee.

When creating a dashboard the system will automatically generate a dataset with all the columns for you to use inside the Dashboard Builder.

First open your dashboard in Edit mode. On the right side of the screen you have a list of datasets available for you to add to this dashboard.

  • Dashboard datasets - the datasets that your dashboard currently uses
  • Available datasets - the datasets that are available for you to use in your dashboard.

You can open the dataset by clicking on it.
