  • When you ask how if they liked the food you served, they can upload a picture to show what their plate looked like.
  • When you ask which was their favorite part of the event, they can upload a picture to show why they liked it so much.

You can edit the image label text and add your own wording in the text box that appears when you turn this feature on.

What's next?

  • Adding media to your questions, like a picture, video, GIF, or audio file will make your questionnaire more entertaining. Respondents will be more likely to go all the way to the end of your questionnaire if you include something besides just the plain text question and answers. It will lower the drop-out rate because there's a lower chance they'll get bored.
  • The Media Library feature allows you to save pictures that will be available for you to use in every survey or PDF in your account. Media Library is used to host these pictures on Pointerpro so you don't have to upload it anywhere else.

  • The zoom functionality allows your respondents to open your pictures in a separate pop-up, allow them to see them in more detail. This is especially useful if you have a lot of pictures displayed on the same page or if the regular picture limits are not sufficient to display the details.
