Show dashboards in Customer Zone

Are you a DistributR plan customer? Once you have built the dashboards for your assessments, you can give your customers access to these dashboards. Your customers can view the dashboards in the Customer Zone.

1. Give dashboard access to your customers


Once the dashboards are created, go to My team.



Scroll down and select the contact you want to give access to. In the section of "Authorization for questionnaire", if this contact has access to a questionnaire and you have a dashboard for this questionnaire as well, you can select the dashboard you want to give this contact access to.





2. Customer's access to the dashboard


In the Customer Zone, go to the Results tab. The customer will see a list of assessments and their results. If you've given this customer access to the dashboards linked to the assessments, the customer can see the dashboard button.



By clicking the dashboard button, the customer can then see that dashboard you have built for this assessment.
