A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations use KPIs to evaluate their success at reaching targets

The Completion Rate is the ratio between how many times the questionnaire was opened and how many times it was opened and completed. Here you can see whether or not people take the time to complete your questionnaire. If the completion rate is low, you may consider reducing the number of questions or adding more images.

Other Key performance metrics

  • Number of views: how many times someone opened the questionnaire
  • Number of starts: the number of sessions the first question has been reached
  • Number of unfinished responses: the number of responses that were saved with save per question (only displayed when “Save per question” setting is enabled)
  • Number of partial sessions: the number of the responses that were saved with save and continue, but not complete yet (only displayed when “Save and continue” setting is enabled)

Views and starts are not taken into account when using filters. Also the completion rate will only be correct when no filters are applied.

3. Customize Insights View

You can choose which information appear and customize your insights by clicking Options.

Make sure you've given your question blocks titles so you'll know which results you're looking at!

What's next?

Once you set up the Insights View, you will want to take a look at the following:

  • Charts view: allows you monitor the number of responses, the completion rate and the average duration of your surveys. You can also see graphical representations of the results of each question separately and the results of each question block of your survey.
  • Responses view, to analyze the responses you have collected, the last slide and last question when save per question or save and continue is enabled. This is where device data and properties are included, if data collection setting is enabled.
  • Presentation view,  to use your results in a presentation. You can easily switch between questions and show the answers and graphs in a clean and visual way to your audience. You can also use it when you are polling your audience at an event and show the live results as they come in.
